| Abstract: | В сучасних умовах здійснення економічної діяльності якість стала інтегруючим поняттям, що зачіпає інтереси всіх учасників національного господарювання. Для виробників продукції якість є гарантією та вирішальним фактором забезпечення їх конкурентоспроможності, стійкості, авторитету та успішності функціонування; для споживачів підвищення якості є умовою задоволення їх потреб і захисту прав; для органів влади забезпечення якості життя громадян є одним із пріоритетних державних завдань. |
| Description: | In modern conditions of economic activity, quality has become an integrative concept that affects the interests of all participants in the national economy. For manufacturers, quality is a guarantee and a decisive factor in ensuring their competitiveness, sustainability, credibility and success; for consumers, quality improvement is a condition for meeting their needs and protecting their rights; for the authorities, ensuring the quality of life of citizens is one of the priority state tasks. |
