| Abstract: | Процес глобалізації світової економіки вводить нові закономірності і змінює рівні відповідальності за місцевий розвиток. Глобалізація світової економіки призводить до посилення ролі громад в економічному розвитку локальних територій та країни. Територіальні громади нестимуть відповідальність за планування свого розвитку, за економічне майбутнє та добробут. Toму місцеві органи влади повинні розуміти особливості сучасного розвитку, володіти необхідними знаннями, інформацією, навичками га досвідом, шоб забезпечити більшу конкурентоспроможність своїх громад. |
| Description: | The process of globalization of the world economy introduces new laws and changes the levels of responsibility for local development. The globalization of the world economy will strengthen the role of communities in the economic development of local territories and the country. Territorial communities will be responsible for planning their development, for the economic future and well-being. Therefore, local authorities must understand the peculiarities of modem development, have the necessary knowledge, information, skills and experience to ensure greater competitiveness of their communities. |
