| Abstract: | У зв’язку з токсичністю і вибухонебезпечністю аміаку холодильні установки з цим холодильним агентом відносять до устаткування підвищеної небезпеки. Об’єктом дослідження безпеки праці є підприємство, де за рік переробляють 80000 тонн молока, виготовляючи масло, морозиво, сметану, сирки, сири. Для захисту обслуговуючого персоналу від отруєнь аміаком в машинному відділенні є протигази і запасні фільтри до них, гідрокостюми. Щоб не забруднювати грунт, використовують маслозбірники та піддони для збирання машинного масла з апаратів. Щоб не забруднювати атмосферу газоподібним аміаком, його пропускають через ємність з водою. |
| Description: | Because of toxicity and explosiveness of ammonia the refrigerating units with this refrigerating agent are referred to the equipment with increased danger. The object of the research of safety labour is the enterprise where they process 80000 tons of milk annually, producing butter, ice cream, sour cream, cottage cheese, cheeses. To protect the service personnel from ammonia poisoning at the machinery department there are gas masks and spare filters for them, wetsuits. Not to poison the soil they use oil collectors and pallets for collecting machine oil from the devices. Not to poison the atmosphere with the gaseous ammonia, it is passed through a container of water. |
