| Abstract: | В умовах клініки вивчено поширення ран у собак. Встановлено, що найпоширенішими були випадкові різані, кусано-рвані і рвані рани, причинами виникнення яких було травмування металевим профілем, бійки між тваринами та травмування битим склом. Встановлено, у разі застосування мазі Колафлокс у першу фазу лікування гнійних ран вона триває 5–7 діб, а в разі доповнення даної схеми ферментотерапією (одноразова обробка рани розчином хімотрипсину та його внутрішньом’язова ін’єкція) фаза очищення тривала 3–5 діб, що сприяло прискоренню терміну видужання тварин в цілому. |
| Description: | The conditions of the clinic studied the spread of wounds in dogs. It was found that the most common were accidental cut, bitten and torn wounds, the causes of which were injuries with a metal profile, fights between animals and broken glass injuries. It is established that in the case of application of Colaflox ointment in the first phase treatment of purulent wounds it lasts 5-7 days, and in the case of supplementation of this scheme with enzyme therapy (single treatment of the wound with a solution of chymotrypsin and its intramuscular injection) the cleansing phase lasted 3-5 days, which contributed to the acceleration of the recovery period of animals in general. |
