Abstract: Метою роботи було вивчити ефективність використання амітриптиліну за компульсивних розладів поведінки у собак. Використання амітриптиліну у дозі 2 мг/кг два рази в день, у поєднанні з модифікацією умов утримання тварин, дозволило суттєво підвищити ефективність лікування собак. Повне припинення небажаної поведінки за використання амітриптиліну було виявлено у 4 з 5 тварин дослідної групи.
Description: The aim of the study was to study the effectiveness of amitriptyline in compulsive disorders behavior in dogs. The use of amitriptyline at a dose of 2 mg / kg twice a day, in combination with modification conditions keeping animals, has significantly increased the effectiveness of treatment of dogs. Complete cessation of unwanted behavior with the use of amitriptyline was detected in 4 of 5 animals of the experimental group.
