| Abstract: | Проведені дослідження спрямовані на вивчення етіологічних чинників розвитку токсичного гастроентериту в собак, особливостей клініко-функціональних змін з боку різних органів і систем, а також порівняльного аналізу екпериментально розроблених лікувальних схем. Встановлено, що застосування у хворих на гастроентерит собак з терапевтичною метою схеми, яка включає реосорбілакт, метронідазол, но-шпу, веракол, метоклопрамід, катозал, тіопротектин, кламоксин й нольпазу виявляло кращий терапевтичний ефект. Під впливом цих препаратів відмічали покращення загального стану тварини, швидку нормалізацію показників температури тіла, частоти дихання та серцевих скорочень, усувалися прояви диспепсії, мальдигестії, лейкоцитозу, нейтрофілії. |
| Description: | The research is aimed at studying the etiological factors of toxic development gastroenteritis in dogs, features of clinical and functional changes in various organs and systems, as well comparative analysis of experimentally developed treatment regimens. It is established that the use of patients with gastroenteritis of dogs with a therapeutic purpose of the scheme, which includes reosorbilact, metronidazole, but-shpu, veracol, metoclopramide, catozal, thioprotectin, clamoxin, and nolpase showed the best therapeutic effect. Under the influence of these drugs there was an improvement in the general condition of the animal, rapid normalization of indicators body temperature, respiratory rate and heart rate, eliminated manifestations of dyspepsia, maldigestion, leukocytosis, neutrophilia. |
