| Abstract: | Спосіб гальмування автоокиснення молочного жиру, що включає додавання антиоксидантів, який відрізняється тим, що до молочного жиру додають біоантиоксидант рослинного походження – пряну культуру червоний перець у тонкодиспергованому вигляді у кількості 0,1 % до маси молочного жиру. |
| Description: | A method of inhibiting the auto-oxidation of milk fat, comprising the addition of antioxidants, characterized in that the milk fat is added to a bioantioxidant of plant origin - spicy culture of red pepper in finely dispersed form in an amount of 0.1% by weight of milk fat. |
