| Abstract: | Чума собак належить до хвороб, повне викорінення яких без знань деяких епізоотичних, етіологічних та патогенетичних особливостей майже неможливе. Ефективність протиепізоотичних заходів при чумі собак у більшій мірі визначається швидкістю та точністю встановлення діагнозу. Лабораторне підтвердження хвороби визначає тактику й стратегію дій спеціаліста ветеринарної медицини. На сьогодні важливим питанням є лікування чуми собак. Використання гіперімунних сироваток за початкової стадії захворювання у поєднанні із неспецифічною терапією дає необхідний ефект. |
| Description: | Plague of dogs belongs to the diseases, the complete eradication of which without the knowledge of some epizootic, etiological and pathogenetic features are almost impossible. The effectiveness of anti-epizootic measures in canine distemper is largely determined by the speed and accuracy of diagnosis. Laboratory confirmation of the disease determines the tactics and strategy of action of a veterinary specialist. Today it is an important issue treatment of canine distemper. The use of hyperimmune sera in the early stages of the disease in combination with nonspecific therapy gives the desired effect. |
