| Abstract: | Демодекоз – акарозна хвороба розповсюджена серед домашніх та бродячих собак. Її лікування тривале та різнобічне. Метoю роботи булo вивчення раціонального лікування собак за демодекозу смт. Казанка. Єксперимент проводили у клініці Казанківської РДЛВМ. Розглядали лікування десяти різнопорідних собак. Їх оозділили на дві групи по 5 голів у кожній. Тваринам першої групи застосовували Аміт форте., а другої – Амітразин Плюс, згідно інструкції. Усім собакам вводили імуномодулятор анфлурон. Дослід тривав 30 днів. Встановили вищу акарицидну дію комплексного препарату Амітразин Плюс. |
| Description: | Demodectic mange is an acarose disease that is common among domestic and stray dogs. Her treatment is long and versatile. The aim of the work was to study the rational treatment of dogs for demodicosis in the village. Cauldron. The experiment was performed in the clinic of Kazanka RDLVM. Considered the treatment of ten dogs of different breeds. Their divided into two groups of 5 goals each. Animals of the first group used Amit forte., And the second - Amitrazine Plus, according to the instructions. All dogs were administered the immunomodulator anfluron. The experiment lasted 30 days. The higher acaricidal action of the complex drug Amitrazin Plus was established. |
