Abstract: Дослідження державного регулювання сільського господарства є необхідним та актуальним. Розглядаючи продовольчу безпеку як одну з важливих функцій держави, реалізація якої потребує визначення форм, методів, повноважень органів державної влади й органів місцевого самоврядування. Державне регулювання діяльності суб’єктів агробізнесу зумовлюється і тим, що держава несе відповідальність за забезпечення нормальних соціальних умов для своїх громадян.
Description: Research on state regulation of agriculture is necessary and relevant. Considering food security as one of the important functions of the state, the implementation of which requires the definition of forms, methods, powers of public authorities and local governments. State regulation of agribusiness entities is also conditioned by the fact that the state is responsible for ensuring normal social conditions for its citizens.
