Abstract: Закономірність виникнення аудиторського контролю в Україні зумовлена становленням ринкових відносин, яким притаманні такі явища, як приватизація державного майна, реформування і розвиток різних форм власності, надання більшої самостійності в підприємницькій діяльності суб'єктам господарювання, зміни законодавчих документів та вимог до обліку і звітності підприємств та ін. Всі ці процеси ускладнюють облік діяльності суб’єктів господарювання, ускладнюють формування показників звітності, підвищується загроза недостовірної звітної інформації.
Description: The regularity of the emergence of audit control in Ukraine is conditioned the formation of market relations, which are characterized by such phenomena as state privatization property, reform and development of various forms of ownership, providing greater independence in business activities of business entities, changes in legislative documents and requirements for accounting and reporting of enterprises, etc. All these processes complicate the accounting of activities business entities, complicate the formation of reporting indicators, increases threat of unreliable reporting information.
