Abstract: Стаття присвячена аналізу адміністративно-правових засобів впливу на інтеграційні процеси в науковій сфері для визначення оптимальних можливостей управління інноваціями в аграрних кластерах. Розкрито сутність поняття наукових кластерів в аграрній сфері, визначено шляхи вдосконалення системи управління наукою шляхом надання можливості забезпечення функціонування науково-лабораторних майданчиків на території конкретних виробників продукції та побудови відносини як із виробниками, так й іншими учасниками кластера на принципах безперервного пошуку підвищення якості та кількості виробленої продукції.
Description: The article is devoted to the analysis of administrative and legal means of influencing the integration processes in the scientific sphere in order to determine the optimal possibilities of management of innovations in agrarian clusters. The essence of the concept of scientific clusters in the agrarian sphere is revealed, ways of improving the system of science management by providing the possibility of ensuring the functioning of scientific laboratories on the territory of specific producers of products and building relationships with both producers and other members of the cluster on the principles of continuous search for improving the quality and quantity produced products.
