Abstract: У статті проаналізовані особливості структури адміністративно-правового регулювання наукової діяльності аграрної сфери та окреслені шляхи удосконалення правових відносин в даній галузі.Дослідження сконцентроване на доведенні об'єктивної необхідності процесів інтеграції та кооперації для сфери вітчизняного інноваційного аграрного виробництва, пропонується авторське визначення понять«кооперація» та «інтеграція»; доповнення основних принципів кооперативно-інтеграційних процесів в Україні. З урахуванням зробленого аналізу, висловлюються окремі власні авторські думкита зауваження.
Description: Currently in the Ukrainian economy the development of scientific activity in the agrarian sector as well as the development of the entire agricultural sector is facing difficult times. This situation, in particular, is due to the lack of high efficiency of scientific activity and a low demand from domestic agricultural commodity producers. That is caused by many factors: the current internal structural changes in the agrarian sector, certain external economic factors, and the quality of legal regulation of scientific activity etc.
