| Abstract: | Авторами в даній публікації черговий раз звернуто увагу на значущість аграрної галузі і, перш за все, тваринництва, оскільки саме ця галузь народного господарства є ключовою у забезпеченні продовольчої безпеки країни в цілому і повноцінного білкового харчування зокрема. Була зроблена спроба ув’язати необхідність застосування системного підходу до управління саме при виробництві продукції тваринництва. Адже, на нашу думку, саме системний підхід передбачає врахування впливу усіх факторів, що впливають на організацію в цілому і на її структурні підрозділи порізно. Значна увага авторів була приділена ключовим складовим системи виробництва молока: утриманню, годівлі, доїнню і видаленню гною. Також у статті наголошено на хороші перспективи вітчизняної молочної галузі, оскільки попит на молоко у світі лише росте. У статті зроблено наголос на зауваження експертів галузі і необхідність вирішення першочергових, на їх думку, завдань, що допоможуть подолати ту негативну ситуацію, що склалася. Також звернуто увагу читача на компанію-лідера у виробництві і продажі комп’ютеризованих систем комплексного управління сучасним молочним бізнесом. |
| Description: | The authors of this publication once again draw attention to the importance of the agricultural sector and animal husbandry in particular, as this sector of the economy is key to ensuring food security in general and a complete protein diet in particular. An attempt was made to link the need for a systematic approach to management in the production of livestock products. After all, in our opinion, the system approach involves taking into account the impact of all factors that affect the organization as a whole and its structural units in particular. According to the essence of a systematic approach to management, changes in one link of the organization or its structural unit will inevitably lead to changes in other structural units. Based on this, each manager, making management decisions, must take into account their impact on the overall performance of the organization. The authors focused on a systematic approach to the production of livestock products and, in particular, milk. Thus, in the production of these products, special attention should be paid to the four main components of this system when creating a production system, namely: retention, feeding, milking and manure removal. Because the efficiency of these components affects the efficiency of the entire system of milk production in the enterprise. The authors also drew attention to the lack of stable state support in this area. After all, the absence of the latter pushes both large enterprises and individual farmers to reduce the number of cattle in Ukraine, which we do not see in developed countries. According to the World Bank, Ukraine is one of the 5 countries that by 2030 may enter the TOP - 10 milk producers in the world, as the largest milk producers - New Zealand, Australia, Europe, USA will not be able to meet the growing demand for these products. It is clear that we will be able to use this perspective with proper and systematic management of the industry. And for this it is extremely important for farmers to have transparent rules of the game and stable support in the long run, because, unfortunately, the above perspective can be lost, and we can not allow this. |
