Abstract

Досліджуючи ринок освітніх послуг аграрної сфери і аналізуючи потреби споживачів різних груп стейкхолдерів, варто відзначити потребу в змінах у змісті, підходах, формах і методах навчального процесу, що формує сучасні виклики до закладів вищої освіти. Перед ЗВО сьогодні основним завданням є не лише підготовка висококваліфікованих спеціалістів, але й забезпечення конкурентоспроможності закладу. Сьогодні принципи управління аграрним ЗВО є дуже подібними до основних принципів ведення бізнесу. Це є основним викликом для закладів вищої освіти - переорієнтувати принципи управління на якість освітніх послуг, конкурентоспроможність закладу, зацікавленість споживачів і партнерів. Examining the market of educational services in the agricultural sector and analyzing the needs of consumers of different groups of stakeholders, it is worth noting the need for changes in the content, approaches, forms and methods of the educational process, which forms modern challenges to higher education. Today, the main task of the Free Economic Zone is not only to train highly qualified specialists, but also to ensure the competitiveness of the institution. Today, the principles of agricultural free economic management are very similar to the basic principles of doing business. This is the main challenge for higher education institutions - to reorient the principles of management to the quality of educational services, the competitiveness of the institution, the interest of consumers and partners.
