| Description: | The methodical instructions is designed for the organizing of self-study work of students during classes and in the extra-curricular time. Each theme includes the consideration of specific issues, the main terms and notions, supplementary materials. The methodical instructions gives an opportunity to check up the quality of the assimilated material using the assessing assignments, tests, problems, comparative schemes and other forms of assessment. It provides with the creative and active mastering by students of knowledge and skills in the branch of law. |
