| Abstract: | Одержані результати розширюють знання про хімічний склад стегнових та грудних мязів індичок, а також дають можливість зробити висновок про те, що вміст мікроелементів в м’язових тканинах даного виду птиці не перевищує максимально допустимих кількостей. |
| Description: | The obtained results expand the knowledge about the chemical composition of the thigh and pectoral muscles of turkeys, and also allow us to conclude that the content of trace elements in the muscle tissues of this species of bird does not exceed the maximum allowable amounts. |
