Abstract: Часто у тварин проводяться різні асептичні операції, які можуть мати різний перебіг й ускладнення. Тому перед проведенням операцій, окрім визначення загального стану тварини (огляд, термометрія), лікарі ветеринарної медицини можуть проводити загальний аналіз крові тварин для отримання даних про її стан здоров’я. На даний момент ветеринари поділяються на дві групи: одна з яких вважає, що забір загального аналізу крові перед оперативним втручанням за асептичних операцій вважається необхідним, оскільки може надати потрібну інформацію, яка допоможе спрогнозувати хід самої операції, ведення післяопераційного періоду і можливість прогнозування кінцевого результату в цілому, інша група вважає дані передопераційного аналізу крові неінформативними, тому забір крові вважають недоцільним травмуванням тварини. Тому для того, щоб вирішити це питання наші колеги з США Anne Rosemarie Toews та John Ross Campbell провели відповідні дослідження, про які я розповім.
Description: Animals often undergo various aseptic surgeries, which can have different courses and complications. So before operations, in addition to determining the general condition of the animal (examination, thermometry), doctors veterinary medicine can perform a general analysis of the blood of animals to obtain data on its condition health. Currently, veterinarians are divided into two groups: one of which believes that the fence is common A blood test before surgery for aseptic surgery is considered necessary because it can provide the necessary information that will help predict the progress of the operation itself, conducting postoperative period and the ability to predict the end result as a whole, another group considers preoperative data blood tests are uninformative, so blood sampling is considered inappropriate injury to the animal. Therefore for to address this issue our US colleagues Anne Rosemarie Toews and John Ross Campbell conducted relevant research, which I will talk about.
