Abstract: У клінічно хворої на дирофіляріоз собаки виявили погіршення апетиту та невелику папулу в ділянці голови на носі, яка навколо мала облисіння, відмічався свербіж, при надавлюванні на неї вилучили гельмінта D. repens. При лабораторному дослідженнях крові виявили еозинофілію, при мікроскопії мазка периферичної крові мікрофілярій не виявили. Антигельмінтик «Адвокат» виявився ефективним препаратом за даної інвазії і виявив лікувальний ефект.
Description: In a clinically ill dog with heartworm disease, a loss of appetite and a small papule in the head on the nose, which had baldness around, there was itching, when pressed on it removed the helminth D. repens. Laboratory blood tests revealed eosinophilia, peripheral smear microscopy blood microfilariae were not detected. Anthelmintic "Lawyer" was an effective drug for this invasion and showed a therapeutic effect.
