| Abstract: | У статті розкрита суть інформаційних потоків, що формуються в системі управлінського обліку. Досліджено інформаційні системи обліку в аграрних підприємствах. Розглянуто принципи побудови ефективного управлінського обліку в сільськогосподарських підприємствах, засновані на специфіці їх виробництва. Висвітлено проблеми і недоліки інформаційного забезпечення процесу прийняття управлінських рішень стратегічного характеру зумовлені недосконалістю діючої структури інформаційної бази аграрних підприємств. Уточнено методи побудова інформаційної системи управлінського обліку в великих сільськогосподарських об’єднаннях (агрохолдингах) та невеликих окремих підприємствах даного напрямку. |
| Description: | The article reveals the essence of information flows that are formed in the management accounting system. The information systems of the account in the agricultural enterprises are investigated. The principles of building effective management accounting in agricultural enterprises based on the specifics of their production are considered. The problems and shortcomings of information support of the process of making managerial decisions of strategic nature due to the imperfection of the current structure of the information base of agricultural enterprises are highlighted. The methods of building an information system of management accounting in large agricultural associations (agricultural holdings) and small individual enterprises in this area are specified. |
