| Abstract: | У статті представлені характеристики основних концепції теорії ввічливості. Проаналізовано головні аспекти принципів та визначено функції ввічливості у спілкуванні на особистому та професійному рівнях. Саме таке спілкування є невід‘ємною складовою комунікації. Вивчення категорій ввічливості та основних концепцій теорії має важливе значення для характеристики відмінностей у комунікативній поведінці представників різних культур, для підвищення ефективності міжкультурної комунікації. У зв'язку з цим постійний інтерес, що проявляється до цієї теми, видається актуальним і обґрунтованим. |
| Description: | The article deals with the features of the basic concepts of the theory of politeness. There were determined main aspects of the principles are analyzed and the functions of politeness in communication at the personal and professional levels. This type of communication that is an integral part of intercommunication. The study of the categories of politeness and the basic concepts of the theory is important for characterizing the differences in the communicative behavior of different cultures, to increase the effectiveness of intercultural communication. In this regard, the constant interest in this topic seems relevant and reasonable. |
