| Abstract: | Вивчено вплив різних доз селену на м’ясні якості гусенят горьківської породи. найкращу м’ясну продуктивність мала птиця, якій згодовували комбікорми, збагачені селеном із розрахунку 0,4 мг/кг. Доведено, що введення селену у такій кількості сприяло вірогідному збільшенню абсолютної маси їстівних частин у молодняку гусей. |
| Description: | The influence of different doses of selenium on the meat qualities of Gorky goslings has been studied. Poultry fed selenium-enriched feed at a rate of 0.4 mg / kg had the best meat productivity. It is proved that the introduction of selenium in such quantities contributed to a probable increase in the absolute mass of edible parts in young geese. |
