| Abstract: | В статті розкрито особливості відповідальності за порушення цивільно-правових зобов’язань учасниками багатосторонніх договорів. Визначено, що зобов’язання учасників багатосторонніх договорів здійснюються у двох сферах – внутрішній та зовнішній. Зроблено висновок, що зовнішня і внутрішня відповідальність учасників багатосторонніх договорів є взаємопов’язаною і за певних обставин, зовнішня відповідальність може спричинити виникнення внутрішньої відповідальності учасників багатостороннього договору один перед одним. |
| Description: | The article reveals the peculiarities of liability for breach of civil law obligations by participants in multilateral agreements. It is determined that the obligations of the parties to multilateral agreements are carried out in two areas - internal and external. It is concluded that the external and internal responsibilities of the parties to multilateral agreements are interrelated and in certain circumstances, external liability may give rise to internal liability of the parties to the multilateral agreement to each other. |
