| Abstract: | Конярство - одна із важливих галузей сільського господарства. Останні часом у результаті інтенсивного ведення цієї галузі спостерігається тенденція до поширення захворювань як незаразної, так і заразної етіології, особливо серед молодняку. Найбільш розповсюджені шлунково-кишкові хвороби з симптомом діареї, ринопневмонія, інфекційна анемія та інші (Бусол В.О., Мандигра М.С., Галатюк О.Є., 1996). Для розкриття патогенезу цих хвороб необхідне знання функціонального стану органів і систем, і в першу чергу - печінки. Тому наші дослідження були спрямовані на вивчення гемопоезу і функціонального стану печінки у лошат раннього віку. |
| Description: | Horse breeding is one of the important sectors of agriculture. Recently, as a result of intensive management of this field, there is a tendency for the spread of diseases of both non-communicable and infectious etiology, especially among young animals. The most common gastrointestinal diseases with symptom of diarrhea, rhinopneumonia, infectious anemia and others (Busol VA, Mandigra MS, Galatiuk AE, 1996). To uncover the pathogenesis of these diseases, knowledge of the functional state of organs and systems is needed, and first of all, the liver. Therefore, our studies aimed to study hematopoiesis and the functional state of the liver in early age foals. |
