Accumulation of biomass Spirulina platensis, enriched with Cobalt, under different technological parameters

Abstract

Effect of light intensity on the growth of Spirulina biomass and accumulation of cobalt was carried out by high concentrations of this metal in the nutrient medium (dose greater than control values in 120 times). Thus, the optimal light conditions that allow to increase the biomass of Spirulina enriched cobalt are: from the first to third day – 1300 lux, from the fourth to the sixth day – 2400 lux, during the seventh and eighth days – 3900 lux, the ninth and tenth day cultivation of crops – 4800 lux. The intensities of the biomass of the spin-lin are highest for the thickness of the nutrient medium of 10–15 cm and in the presence of increased doses of Cobalt.
