| Abstract: | Інноваційна модель, на нашу думку, в сучасному АПК має включати наступні складові: Умови праці – сучасні учасники аграрного бізнесу мають дбати, в ідеалі, про забезпечення своїх працівників житлом, оплачувати медичне страхування, дбати про колективний відпочинок, проведення спортивних змагань тощо. |
| Description: | In our opinion, the innovative model in the modern agro-industrial complex should include the following components: Working conditions - modern participants in agricultural business should ideally care about providing their workers with housing, paying for health insurance, taking care of collective holidays, sports competitions and more. |
