| Abstract: | Важлива роль у становленні функції печінки належить ензимам, яких міститься в ній більше тисячі. При патологічних змінах у печінці ферменти елімінуються в кров, де активність їх у сироватці крові зростає, що дозволяє характеризувати функціональний стан та структуру гепатоцитів, у тому числі і їх органел. Серед таких ензимів, які нині одержали назву індикаторних, важливе місце належить амінотрансферазам (ACT і АЛТ) та гамма-глутамілтрансферазі (ГГТ). |
| Description: | An important role in the formation of liver function belongs to the enzymes contained in more than a thousand. At pathological changes in a liver enzymes are eliminated in blood where their activity in the serum increases, which allows to characterize the functional status and structure of hepatocytes, including their organelles. Among such enzymes that are now named indicator, an important place belongs to aminotransferases (ACT and ALT) and gamma-glutamyltransferase (GGT). |
