| Abstract: | Розглядаються проблеми формування інформаційного забезпечення. Встановлено, підприємства, що мають складну виробничу структуру, гостро потребують оперативної економічної та фінансової інформації, що дає змогу оптимізувати витрати і фінансові результати, приймати обґрунтовані управлінські рішення. З метою удосконалення системи калькулювання продукції яєчного птахівництва доцільно застосовувати методику цільової собівартості, яка передбачає ведення обліку витрат і калькулювання собівартості за віковими і технологічними групами птиці, визначення собівартості яєць з урахуванням якісних показників. |
| Description: | The article examines the problems of information security formation. It is defined that enterprises with complex production structure need rapid economic and financial information allowing optimizing costs and financial performance, make reasonable managerial decisions. In order to improve the calculation system of egg poultry production it is appropriate to use target cost methodology, which includes accounting of expenses and calculation of cost pricing according to age and technological groups of poultry, determine the cost pricing of eggs taking into account quality indicators. The variability of the environment and strengthening of crisis make actual current approaches to the research problems regarding the need to solve a number of tasks on the improvement of production cost management system at enterprises of egg poultry farming, diagnostics of business environment and ensurance of their economic stability in the long term. The proper accounting in poultry farming requires its organization taking into account the specific technical features inherent in the area of research. Grouping of cost items can be unified, accounting objects and calculation methodology of cost pricing can be identified according to specific conditions. It is therefore important to clarify the procedure for determining the cost pricing of poultry products subject to the production specialization. Logical structure of cost management at enterprises of egg production, with three interrelated levels is defined. This management model is a set of agreed rules at each level. The rules of a higher level determine the requirements for a lower-level forming a logical line of cost management.Following on from the research results it may be concluded that one of the factors ensuring efficiency of enterprises of egg poultry farming is a properly constructed model of cost management. For this, first of all, it is important to provide a logical balance of control technologies that will improve the economic efficiency of industrial activity. It is considered that the proposed model of cost management will ensure the relationship of economic efficiency indicators and cost efficiency, as the cost efficiency in some cases leads to increased efficiency, while others – not. Elaborated directions on the formation of information security of cost management will improve the efficiency of enterprise managerial decisions aimed at reducing the costs of enterprises of egg poultry farming. |
