| Abstract: | Стаття приствячена ролі органів місцевого самоврядування в управлінні галуззю рослинництва. Відображено значення територіальних громад, як суб'єктів місцевого самоврядування та їх вплив у сфері агропромислового кормплексу. Також відображено значення децентралізації, як позитивного чинника соціально-економічного розвитку сільськогосподарських правовідносин, а саме у галузі рослинництва. |
| Description: | The article deals with the role of local self-government bodies in the management of the crop industry. The importance of territorial communities as subjects of local self-government and their influence in the sphere of agro-industrial complex are reflected. It also reflects the importance of decentralization, as a positive factor in the socio-economic development of agricultural legal relations, namely in the field of crop production. |
