| Опис: | The issues of internal information security for Ukraine today are on par with the protection of the sovereignty and territorial integrity, ensuring its economic security. Researches of the concept of information security of Ukraine are aimed at systematization of the issues related to the problem of information security, to determination of the methods and means of protecting the vital interests of the individual, society and state in the information sphere, creation of the basis for public policy on information security, development of information space. The author believes that the concept of internal information security can be viewed in several ways. Firstly, this is a condition of security of social information environment, which provides its formation, use and development in the interests of citizens, organizations and state. Information environment is understood as a scope of activities of subjects related to the creation, processing and consumption of information. Secondly, information security is a condition of security of information needs of an individual, society and the state, which ensured their existence and progressive development regardless of the presence of internal and external threats to information. Condition of awareness determines the level of adequacy of the subject’s perception of reality and as a result – the validity of decisions made and actions taken. Thus, public policy in internal information security defines the main directions of law enforcement in this area. These directions are caused by the focus of national interests, society and individuals. We believe that in fact it is true, as the task of information security measures is to mitigate the damage caused by incomplete, untimely or inaccurate information or negative information influence caused by consequences of the operation of information technology, as well as unauthorized dissemination of information. Therefore, internal information security requires availability of certain public institutions and living conditions of its subjects established by international and domestic law. |
