Description: A comparative evaluation of the productive action of an organic selenium source in the form of sel-plex and sodium selenite on hematological parameters of pig blood was performed. Feeding in the composition of compound feeds of selenium-containing compounds at doses of 0.2–0.4 mg of selenium per 1 kg of dry matter has been found to increase the content of erythrocytes, hemoglobin, protein, activity of glutathione peroxidase, SOD and catalase in their blood and decrease the content of substances in TB serum of animals.
