| Abstract: | У високопродуктивних корів за кетозу (уміст кетонових тіл у крові до 5 ммоль/л) виявили порушення протеїнсинтезувальної, сечовиноутворювальної функцій печінки. За тяжкого перебігу захворювання (уміст кетонових тіл у крові більше 5 ммоль/л), окрім порушень вищевказаних функцій відбуваються зміни в цитозольній і мітохондріальній структурах гепатоцитів, на що вказують підвищені величини активності АсАТ і АлАТ. У хворих тварин порушується фільтраційна функція нефронів. |
| Description: | In high-performance cows for ketosis (content of ketone bodies in the blood up to 5 mmol / l) found impaired protein synthesis, urea functions of the liver. By severe disease (content of ketone bodies in the blood more than 5 mmol / l), except abnormalities of the above functions are changes in the cytosolic and mitochondrial structures of hepatocytes, as indicated by the increased activity of AsAT and ALAT. IN in diseased animals the filtration function of nephrons is impaired. |
