| Abstract: | В тезах проаналізовано тенденції розвитку юридичної науки про належне в СРСР. Досліджено вплив радянської ідеології на наукові знання про деонтологію. Відображено, що критика деонтології, як науки про належне, була пов’язана із самою особою Д. Бентама, а не із суті самої науки. |
| Description: | The thesis analyzes the tendencies of the development of legal science on the proper in the USSR. The influence of Soviet ideology on scientific knowledge about deontology is investigated. It is reflected that criticism of deontology, as a science of the proper, was related to D. Bentham himself, and not to the essence of science itself. |
