Abstract

Talking about the features of translation journalism, you need to consider specific facts: each functional style has its own set of shaping factors that affect translation, and it should be understood that the translation is not just a language change, but a great deal of work is being done to identify cultural features, features of the author's style, temporal traditions. Publicistic translation includes the translation of sources such as news (newspaper, magazine and online resources) and articles. Such translation is different from artistic translation, since the purpose of artistic translation is aesthetic influence, while nonfiction translation is more focused on the transmission of information. Translation of journalism is also a very complex and rapidly changing socio-cultural process; there are new subspecies of online media (also amateur) for translation of which it is necessary to delve into the given cultural sphere.
