Abstract: В статті на підставі діючого законодавства проведено аналіз складових моральної шкоди споживача. Визначено основні складові частини моральної шкоди, такі як біль та страждання, як фізичні та і душевні. Також автор визначає коло питань, які підлягають доказуванню в суді при поданні позову про відшкодування моральної шкоди спаживачам.
Description: In the article on the basis of the current legislation the analysis of components of moral harm of the consumer is carried out. The basic components of moral harm such as pain and suffering, both physical and mental, are identified. The author also defines a range of issues to be proved in court when filing a claim for non-pecuniary damage to consumers.
