Abstract: В ході соціально-економічної революції, що почалася у світі в середині ХХ ст., людство перейшло на новий щабель свого розвитку — побудови постіндустріального суспільства. Першочерговим завданням, що стоїть перед розвинутими країнами стала диверсифікація на користь інноваційних секторів, і галузей. Ефективність, заснована на масштабі виробництва, поступилася місцем інноваціям, розвитку інтелектуального потенціалу, виробництва та комерціалізації високотехнологічної продукції і послуг.
Description: In the course of socio-economic revolution, which began in the world in the mid-twentieth century, the world has entered a new stage of development of a postindustrial society. The primary challenge for developed countries, was the diversification in favor of the innovative sectors and industries. Efficiency, based on the scale of production has given way to innovation, the development of intellectual capacity, production and commercialization of high-tech products and services.
