| Abstract: | Захворювання свиней на аскароз завдає значних економічних збитків господарствам, оскільки недоотримується жива маса інвазованих тварин, яка складає лише 50–60 % маси здорових. Крім цього, інвазія послаблює імунну систему, сприяє виникненню різних захворювань заразної та незаразної етіології. Тому пошук нових ефективних антигельмінтиків є актуальним. Метою досліджень було вивчення поширення гельмінтозної інвазії у свиней ДПАФ «Слобідська» Кагарлицького району Київської області та анти- гельмінтних властивостей промектину 1 % і бровальзену за аскарозу свиней. |
| Description: | Ascariasis pigs cause significant economic damage to farms, because the live weight of the invaded animals, which is only 50-60% of the mass, is not received healthy. In addition, the invasion weakens the immune system, promotes the emergence of various diseases infectious and non-contagious etiology. Therefore, the search for new effective anthelmintics is relevant. The aim of the study was to investigate the spread of helminth infestation in pigs with DPAF Slobidskaya Kagarlytskyi district of Kyiv region and anti-helminth properties promectin 1% and brovalzen for pig ascarosis. |
