| Abstract: | Спосіб забору кістковомозкового пунктату у собак, що включає прокол верхньої частини великогомілкової кістки до кістковомозкового каналу товстою голкою, який відрізняється тим, що голку, вкорочену до 30 мм, з мандреном, зігнутим під кутом 90°, за допомогою рукоятки вводять перпендикулярно до кістки до повного проколу і просувають ще на 3-5 мм в губчасту речовину кістки, витягують мандрен і до голки приєднують шприц. |
| Description: | Method for collecting bone marrow punctate in dogs, comprising puncturing the upper part of the tibia to the bone marrow with a thick needle, characterized in that the needle shortened to 30 mm with a mandrel bent at an angle of 90 ° is applied by the handle to the perpendicular puncture and move another 3-5 mm into the spongy substance of the bone, remove the mandrill and attach a syringe to the needle. |
