| Abstract: | Спосіб визначення чутливості організму тварин до дії імуномодулятора тимуса шляхом оцінки імуномоделюючого препарату, який відрізняється тим, що при визначенні здатності клітин периферійної крові продукувати інтерферон - γ, одночасно з міогеном до культури цільної крові додається тимоіндуктин у концентрації 0,5 мкг/мл і при збільшенні інтерферонопродукування констатують, що тварина чутлива до імуномодулятора тимуса. |
| Description: | Method for determining the sensitivity of the animal body to the action of the thymus immunomodulator by evaluating an immunomodulatory drug, characterized in that when determining the ability of peripheral blood cells to produce interferon-γ, simultaneously with myogen, whole blood is added to the whole blood culture at a concentration of 0.5 mg / ml interferon production state that the animal is sensitive to the immunomodulator of the thymus. |
