Фітопатогенна мікрофлора зерна ячменю ярого в умовах центрального Лісостепу України

Abstract

Визначено видовий склад збудників хвороб на зерні ячменю ярого, рівень його інфікованості в умовах центрального Лісостепу України та виділено стійкі сорти з колекції ячменю ярого проти хвороб колосу.Виділено групу пліснявих грибів родів Alternaria, Mucor, Penicillium і Aspergillus, які заселяли поверхню зерна ячменю ярого. Ураження мікроорганізмами становило 63,3 %. Виділено мікрофлору, яка проникає всередину зерна, це патогени родів Fusarium – 54,1 %, Drechslera – 36,8 % і Glicocladium – 6,7 %. Виділено сорти ячменю ярого: Етикет, Хадар, Парнас (Україна), Josefin (Франція), Hanka, Barke, Landora, Breemar, Adonis, Danuta (Німеччина), Aspen, Ebson (Чехія) і Vivaldi (Австрія), які проявили помірну стійкість (до 25 %) і середню сприйнятливість (до 50 %) проти хвороб колоса ячменю ярого. Виділені зразки залучено до гібридизації. The species composition of pathogens of spring barley grain, the level of its infection in the conditions of the central forest-steppe of Ukraine were determined and the resistant varieties from the collection of spring barley against colossal diseases were identified. The damage by microorganisms was 63.3%. The isolated microflora that penetrate the grain are pathogens of the genus Fusarium - 54.1%, Drechslera - 36.8% and Glicocladium - 6.7%. Spring barley varieties are distinguished: Etiquette, Hadar, Parnassus (Ukraine), Josefin (France), Hanka, Barke, Landora, Breemar, Adonis, Danuta (Germany), Aspen, Ebson (Czech Republic) and Vivaldi (Austria), which showed moderate resistance. (up to 25%) and average susceptibility (up to 50%) against spring barley ear diseases. Selected samples are involved in hybridization.
