| Abstract: | У статті висвітлено питання присвячені правовій природі місцевого самоврядування. Встановлено, що аналіз теоретичних основ місцевого самоврядування має важливе значення для кращого розуміння особливостей конституційної моделі місцевого самоврядування в Україні та динаміки його становлення і розвитку на новітньому етапі української державності. Констатовано, що право на місцеве самоврядування є природнім правом територіальної громади та належить громаді в силу її природи. |
| Description: | The article deals with issues related to the legal nature of local self-government. It is established that the analysis of the theoretical foundations of local self-government is important for a better understanding of the features of the constitutional model of local self-government in Ukraine and the dynamics of its formation and development at the current stage of Ukrainian statehood. It is stated that the right to local self-government is a natural right of the territorial community and belongs to the community by virtue of its nature. |
