| Abstract: | Розглянуто правовий статус оренди земельних ділянок. Досліджено і вирішено питання: хто може бути орендарем і орендодавцем землі, які діють форми орендної плати, суть договору оренди землі та недоліки під час оформлення та реєстрації, відображення оренди земельних ділянок в бухгалтерському обліку? Звернуто увагу на проблеми, які на практиці виникають між суб’єктами орендних відносин. Обґрунтовано методику обліку власних земель сільськогосподарського призначення. Розглянуто питання оперативної оренди земельних ділянок. |
| Description: | The author have considered the method of own agricultural land accounting. Much attention is paid to the operational land lease, and the legal status of the lease is considered. The author shows who might be the land lessor and the lessee, which rent forms are used, he considers the essence of the land lease agreement and the faults in the agreements preparation and registration, representing land lease in the accounting. Significant attention is paid to the problems that arise in practice between the subjects of the lease relationships. |
