Abstract:	Акцентовано увагу на організаційно-педагогічних умовах професійно-педагогічної підготовки агрономів-дослідників в аграрних університетах. Підкреслено, що підвищення ефективності професійної підготовки фахівців аграрної галузі є одним із пріоритетних завдань системи вищої аграрної освіти, в основу якої входить професійно-педагогічна компетентність викладача вищої школи
Description:	The attention is paid to the organizational and pedagogical conditions of professional and pedagogical training of agronomists-researchers in agricultural universities. It is emphasized that improving the effectiveness of professional training of agricultural specialists is one of the priority tasks of the higher agricultural education system, which is based on the professional and pedagogical competence of the teacher of higher education.
