| Abstract: | У статті проведено аналіз методологічних основ дослідження управління земельно-ресурсним потенціалом територій. Досліджено функції, якими характеризується організація процесу управління земельно-ресурсним потенціалом територій. Сформовано цикл регулювання діяльності щодо виконання і охорони земельних ресурсів, де однією з центральних позицій посідає планування використання земель, яке забезпечує збалансованість сталого розвитку землекористування. Визначено критерії розробки заходів щодо стимулювання оптимізації землекористування та розвитку господарств усіх організаційно-правових форм. Проаналізовано використання понять "потенціал", "земельно-ресурсний потенціал" та "земельні ресурси" та їх головний сенс у науковій літературі провідними науковцями. |
| Description: | In the article the methodological foundations of the research department of land resource potential areas is analyzed. The functions that characterized the organization of the management process of land resource potential areas are investigated. Cycle regulation of activities for the implementation and protection of land resources, where one of the central position occupies land use planning, which provides a balance sustainability of land use are formed. The criteria measures to stimulate the development of land use and optimization of enterprises of all legal forms is determined. Use of the concepts of "potential", "land and resource potential" and "land resources" and their main thrust in the scientific literature by leading scientists are analyzed. |
