| Description: | The article defines legislative and regulatory acts that determine the right of a person to compensation for moral (non-pecuniary damage) and determine the mechanism of implementation of the said law through not only domestic law, but also on the basis of international treaties, the consent of which is provided by the Verkhovna Rada Of Ukraine. |
