| Abstract: | Проведено аналіз сучасних концепцій (еволюційна теорія інститутів, теорія «інституціональної трансплантації», теорія організаційних платформ, створення інститутів розвитку). Виявено особливості та можливості інституціональних перетвореньу галузі підтримки розвитку промислових підприємств інноваційного спрямування. Сформульовано та обгрунтувано принципи інституціоналізації щодо значення держави в вимогах інноваційної економіки і модернізаційних процесах та технологічного росту підприємств промисловості. |

Formulated and obgruntuvannya principles of institutionalization relative to the value of the state's requirements of innovative economy and modernization processes and technological growth of industrial enterprises. |
