Abstract: У статті висвітлюється сучасний стан формування місцевих бюджетів територій в умовах децентралізації з урахуванням внесених змін до бюджетного та податкового законодавства та супутніх нормативно-правових актів, проведено оцінку дохідної частини бюджету місцевої ради. На основі проведеного дослідження визначено проблеми та шляхи покращення фінансового стану територій. Сформульовано основні напрямки покращення подальшої бюджетної децентралізації для розвитку територій.
Description: The article covers the current state of formation of local budgets of territories in the conditions of decentralization, taking into account the amendments to the budget and tax legislation and related legal acts, assesses the revenue part of the budget of the local council. On the basis of the conducted research the problems and ways of improving the financial status of the territories were identified. The main directions of improvement of further budgetary decentralization for territorial development are formulated.
