| Abstract: | В оглядовій статті наведені дані закордонних та вітчизняних вчених щодо впливу способів утримання курей на їх збереженість, несучість, кількість забруднених яєць. Дані закордонних вчених свідчать, що показник збереженості курей при клітковому способі утримання на 9,6% виявився кращим ніж за вільно-вигульної системи утримання. При клітковому утриманні курей порівняно з утриманням на підлозі є вищими показники несучості на 11,8% (295 проти 250 яєць при утриманні на підлозі). |
| Description: | The review article deals with the data of foreign and national scientists on the impact of ways hens farming method on their livability, egg production, dirty eggs number. These foreign scientists data show that the hens safety under the cellular process content is 9,6% better compared to the free backyard system. Similarly, a higher rate of layers eggs productivity is 11,8% ( 295 vs. 250 eggs) better under the cell method compared to the floor method. Under the floor method with applying free backyard system the amount of dirty eggs increased by 5,2% (6,8 vs 1,6% in battery cages). |
