Abstract: Стаття присвячена дослідженню правового регулювання об’єктів права комунальної власності на землю через призму поділу земель на категорії за земельним законодавством. У статті проаналізовано правовий режим земель та земельних ділянок комунальної власності як власності територіальних громад, проблеми закріплення об’єктів земельної власності за територіальними громадами в рамках процесів децентралізації влади та реформування місцевого самоврядування в Україні.
Description: The article is devoted to the study of legal regulation of the objects of public property right to land through the division of land into categories by the land legislation. The article analyzes the legal regime of the land and public property land plots as local communities ownership, the problems of assigning land sites to local communities in the processes of power decentralization and local government reforms in Ukraine. The study contains a comprehensive analysis of the legal regulation of the objects of public property right to land.
