| Abstract: | У статті визначено необхідність удосконалення кредитної політики у визначенні збалансованих пропорцій інвестування в основний і оборотний капітал сільськогосподарських підприємств. Розроблені моделі прийняття рішень менеджерами щодо вибору можливостей інвестування аграрних підприємств з метою утримання в працездатному стані матеріально-технічної бази. Обгрунтовано вибір оптимальних інвестиційних рішень через розрахунок ефективності придбання матеріально-технічних ресурсів за різних варіантів джерел інвестування і терміну надання кредитів. |
| Description: | In article identified the necessity of improvement of the monetary policy in determining of the balanced proportions of investments in fixed and working capital of agricultural business units, developed by managers of agricultural business unitsmodels of decision making to madea right choice of optimal investments to keep in working condition the materialtechnical base. Justified the choice of optimal investment decisions through calculation of efficiency purchase of the materialtechnic sources in depends of different variants of investments sources and optimal terms of loans. |
